When should I pay for the trip?
Through online booking, your payment can be paid immediately via credit card. The following debit cards can be used as online payment: credit card / debit card VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron and JCB.

When should I earliest / latest arrive for departure?
You can board up to 1 hour before departure.
You should be there no later 30 minutes before departure.
Note: For shorter length of stay (in some ports of call) you must be ready for boarding just after arrival.

Can my child travel alone?
Children under 12 must travel with a companion. They must travel in the same class (cabin or couchette) and in the same booking as a companion.
How many kilos of luggage can I bring?
You can carry 30 kg luggage aboard Sarfaq Ittuk.
How do I change my travel date?
If you have purchased your travel using online booking, you can change it via the online booking under ‘My booking’. If you are unsure, you can contact: info@aul.gl or 34 91 90
If you purchased your travel through a travel agent, contact them and change the ticket there.
What do I do if I have come too late for departure?
If you miss your departure, then by default you’ve lost your ticket and the right to check in. Please contact the seller of the ticket in case you have questions or doubt.
