How do I cancel my ticket?
Remember to cancel the ticket up to 2 hours prior to departure; otherwise you will lose 50% of the fare. To cancel your ticket when you ordered it:
Travel purchased through the Online booking: Go to the website under My Booking and then My Booking and cancel the ticket. Then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for reimbursement.
Travel booked via travel agency: contact your travel agent.
What are the refund rules?
100% of the ticket price can be refunded if the booking is canceled later than 2 hours before departure.
50% of the ticket price can be refunded if the booking is canceled within 2 hours before departure or failure to appear.
Reimbursement Fee is DKK75 Per person, per stretch.
