How do I cancel my ticket?
Remember to cancel the ticket up to 2 hours prior to departure; otherwise you will lose 50% of the fare. To cancel your ticket when you ordered it:
Travel purchased through the Online booking: Go to the website under My Booking and then My Booking and cancel the ticket. Then send an email to info@aul.gl for reimbursement.
Travel booked via travel agency: contact your travel agent.

What are the refund rules?
How much of your ticket can be refunded is depending on two factors: what ticket type you have bought and the time remaining before the first planned departure. We kindly refer to our terms and conditions, where you can read more on how much can be refunded.
